Yes, customised or personalised jewellery, items that have been resized or altered, and earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival) are not eligible for return. Additionally, once an item has been exchanged upon the customer’s request, it cannot be further exchanged under our policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Additionally, if the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition.
